
Senior Photos are scheduled for July 28-31 in the BGHS PAC.
Students will receive a postcard in the mail with instructions for making an appointment through Lifetouch/Prestige Photography. The postcard will be mailed to the address specified in Infinite Campus.
Students will also receive an email with instructions through their school email account.

SURPRISE! Dr. Corinne Murphy of the WKU College of Education and Behavioral Sciences announces BGHS Principal Kyle McGraw as the first winner of the WKU Distinguished Educator Award for Leadership in Schools.
Mr. McGraw has been the principal of Bowling Green High since 2019. In his nomination letter for the award, Superintendent Gary Fields stated that Kyle McGraw consistently prioritizes students, he has elevated academics, built a strong team, and has navigated immense challenges. Congratulations, Mr. McGraw!




Today is College Decision Day for the Class of 2025! Graduating seniors are planning to attend 42 different colleges and universities next fall. Once a Purple, Always a Purple!

Congratulations to BGHS junior Cayden Dunn, who was elected as the 2025-26 Kentucky FCCLA President! We’re excited to see the impact he can have statewide in the coming school year. Go Purples!


Students from across BGISD participated in the STLP State Championship this week. Joining more than 20,000 peers from across Kentucky, they presented projects and competed in live challenges. Students from Bowling Green Junior High and Bowling Green High School brought home top awards in their event categories.


Bowling Green High School presents Les Misérables School Edition, April 25th- April 27th. Tickets are available online at OUR.SHOW/BGHSLESMIS. Online sales close two hours prior to each show time. Tickets purchased at the door will be $15. The show is 2.5 hours with a ten minute intermission. Suggested audience age is 10 and over.
